How do I receive my course materials after purchase?
Once your enrollment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email with login credentials to our digital learning platform where all course materials are hosted.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Can I request a refund if I cannot attend the course?
Refunds are available for most courses if requested at least 7 days prior to the start date. Please note that a small administrative processing fee may apply.
Are the short courses recognized by industry bodies?
Yes, our courses are designed in collaboration with industry experts to ensure high quality and relevance, and participants receive a digital Certificate of Completion.
Do I need any specific software or equipment?
